Abstract: | HLA-A,B,C, and DR antigen frequencies were studied in a patient population with a history of renal cell carcinoma. HLA-DR5 was found in 54% of patients, which is significantly elevated over control values (20%; p less than .01). On the other hand, HLA-A,B, and C locus antigen frequencies were not abnormal compared to controls. |
