输精管结扎对家兔心功能及心肌NE含量的影响

本实验用日本大耳白兔复制输精管结扎的长期动物模型，分为结扎２５月组（ＶＧ２５），同龄假手术２５月组（ＳＯＧ２５）；结扎６月组（ＶＧ６），同龄假手术６月组（ＳＯＧ６）。记录各组家兔心功能，检测心肌及血清ＮＥ含量，称取心重（ＷＨ）。结果表明，左心室收缩期末压（ＬＶＳＰ），ＶＧ略高于ＳＯＧ；左心室舒张末压（ＬＶＥＤＰ），Ｖ６２５显著的低于ＳＯＧ２５Ｐ＜０．０５），ＶＧ６与５ＯＧ６比较虽无显著差异，也呈低值；±ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ，ＶＧ均明显高于ＳＯＧ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。相关检验表明，＋ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ与血清及心肌ＮＥ含量无相关性；心重与＋ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ呈明显正相关，Ｐ＜０．０５；在２５月组，ＬＶＳＰ与＋ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ呈正相关，Ｐ＜０．０５。提示输精管结扎可提高心肌收缩功能。

Effects of vasectomy on cardiac function and NE in serum of rabbits

In this experiment 40 Japanese white rabbits were used to establish animal modles ofvasectomy.The animals were divided into 4 groups:vasectomized 25-month and 6-month groups(VG25,VG 6),sham operated 25-month and 6-month groups(SOG25,SOG6),We measured theheart weight,indexs of cardiac function and NE content in cardiac muscle and serum in each group. The results showed that:(1)LVSP in VG was a little higher than that in SOG;LVEDP in VG25 wassignificantly lower than that in SOG25,P<0.05;LVEDP in VG6 was a little lower than that inSOG6,but no significant difference was found.(2)dp/dt max in VG was significantly higher than thatin SOG,P<0.01.(3)Positive correlation was found between LVSP and + dp/dt max in 25-month group(P<0.05);there was a positive correlation beween heart weight d.nd +dp/dt max(P<0.05);no corre- lation was found beween content of NE and+dp/dt max. It was suggested that vasectomy might en- hance the diastolic and systolic function of cardiac muscle.
