| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨KTP激光泪道成形术对泪道治疗的效果。方法:使用带针芯9号泪道探针,探至泪道阻塞处,拔出针芯插入KTP激光光导纤维,发射激光清除阻塞,疏通泪道。结果:术后随访1～24个月,疏通率为100%,治愈率为93.47%。结论:KTP泪道成形术是一种安全性高、操作简便易掌握、有效治疗泪道阻塞的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse the methods and effects of laser surgery for obstruction of lacrimal duct.Methods:92 eyes of 86 cases with lacrimal duct obstruction were treated by KTP laser.The 9# specially-made hollow lacrimal probe was penetrated into the lacrimal channel,and then the KTP laser fibre was put into the channel to remove the obstruction.Results:The postoperative follow-up of 1 months to 6 months,The dredging rate and the recovery rate of lacrimal duct obstructions was 100% and 93.47% respectivily.Conc... |
