| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨临床用药决策支持软件对门诊合理用药的监测情况。方法：使用临床用药决策支持软件对2013年7月至2013年12月的门诊用药情况进行监测，并对监测结果进行分析、统计。结果：在监测的150241张处方中，重要警示的处方为1558张（占1.03%），存在相互作用问题的处方为6633张（占4.36%）。结论：使用临床用药决策支持软件对提高门诊合理用药水平有重要作用，但监测软件提示的合理性还有待进一步升级完善。
