| 摘 要： | 目的：分析殷行社区居民大肠癌发病特征。方法：统计分析2003－2012年居民大肠癌粗发病率、性别和年龄段等指标。结果：大肠癌粗发病率为59.99/10万，标化发病率为25.24/10万，发病为全部肿瘤的前二位；随年龄增长发病率逐渐增加。结论：大肠癌的发病率高，男性高于女性，中老年人群是大肠癌的高危发病人群。

| Abstract: | Objective：To analyze the characteristics of the incidence of the colorectal cancer of the residents in Yinhang Community. Methods：The crude incidence, gender, age and the other indicators of the colorectal cancer of the residents from 2003 to 2012 were calculated and analyzed. Results： The crude incidence of the colorectal cancer was 59.99/105 and the standardized incidence was 25.24/105. Its incidence ranked at the second of all cancers and was increasing along with the age increase. Conclusion：The incidence of the colorectal cancer was high, which was higher in the male than in the female. The middleaged and elderly people were the highrisk population of the colorectal cancer. |
