| 摘 要： | 胆囊癌的治疗是一项极富挑战性的工作。近年来，随着诊断水平的提高和腹腔镜胆囊切除术的开展，胆囊癌总体预后有所改善，但是进展期胆囊癌的治疗效果仍不尽人意。根治性手术和放化疗是胆囊癌治疗的主要策略，本文主要从手术方面阐述近年来胆囊癌的治疗进展。

| Abstract: | The gallbladder cancer treatment is a very challenging task. In recent years there is improvement in prognosis of gallbladder cancer with the advances of early diagnosis and the promotion of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. But the poor prognosis of advanced gallbladder cancer is still frustrating. The main strategies for gallbladder cancer are radical surgery and chemoradiotherapy. This aticle summarizes the surgical advances of gallbladder cancer treatment in recent years. |
