浅谈产后抑郁症及治疗干预

产后是女性精神障碍特别是产后抑郁症的高发阶段，产后抑郁的后果严重，不仅产妇的精神和生活质量受到直接损害，而且对婴幼儿生长发育也将产生长远的消极影响。本文综述西医和中医的治疗干预特点，着重论述中医药综合干预在社区医院中的优势及为其在临床中的应用提供理论基础。

On the postpartum depression and treatment intervention

Postpartum is the high incidence stage of the female mental disorders, especially for the postpartum depression. The result of the postpartum depression is serious, which not only directly damages the spirit of the puerpera and their life quality, but also develops a long-term negative impact on the children’s growth. This paper summarizes the characteristics of the treatment intervention of the western medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine, especially focuses on the advantages of the comprehensive intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in the community health facilities and provides the theoretical basis for the clinical application.
