固本驱风颗粒治疗中风先兆临床观察

摘要：目的观察固本驱风颗粒治疗气虚血瘀型中风先兆的临床疗效。方法将212例患者随机分为两组，对照组106例给予西药阿司匹林肠溶片治疗，治疗组106例给予固本驱风颗粒治疗，10d为1个疗程，两组均连续治疗3个疗程后判定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为98．1％，对照组为71．7％，两组疗效比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论固本驱风颗粒治疗气虚血瘀型中风先兆效果显著。

Treatment Study on Stroke Aura Using Consolidition of Origin and Carminative Granules

Objective Consolidition of Origin and Carminative Granules＇ clinical curative effect was observed to treat stroke aura which is deficiency of vital energy and stasis blood. Methods Two hundred and twelve patients were divided into two groups. One hundred and six patients of control group were treated by Aspirin enteric coated tablets. The patients of treatment group were treated by Consolidition of Origin and Carminative Granules. Ten days were one course of treatment. The two groups were treated 3 courses continuously and then the curative effect was judged. Results Total efficiency of the treatment group was 98.1% and that of the control group was 71.7%. The difference was significant（P〈0.05） between the two groups. Conclusion Consolidition of origin and carminative Granules ＇clinical curative effect was significant in treating stroke aura which is deficiency of vital energy and stasis blood.
