静脉留置针在社区卫生服务中心的应用和护理

目的：观察静脉留置针在社区应用的效果。方法：2012年1月至2012年3月,新场社区卫生服务中心内科病房和老年病房接受输液治疗患者121例，分为A组58列和B组63例。A组采用静脉留置针输液，B组采用一般静脉头皮针输液，比较两组的穿刺结果。结果：A组渗血、渗液、肿胀、静脉炎例数明显少于B组，满意度明显提高。结论：采用静脉留置针可减少患者反复穿刺的痛苦，又减轻了护士的工作量，值得在社区推广使用。

Application and nursing of intravenous catheter in community health service center

Objective：To observe the application effect of intravenous catheter in the community health service center. Methods：One hundred and twenty-one patients who received infusion treatment in the medical and geriatric wards from Jan. to March 2013 were divided into group A of 58 patients and group B of 63 ones. Group A received intravenous catheter infusion and group B received general scalp venous infusion. Their results were compared. Results：The symptoms of bleeding, exudate, swelling, phlebitis in group A were obviously less than those in group B. The satisfaction of patients was improved signiifcantly. Conclusion：Adoption of intravenous catheter can reduce the pain of the patients suffering from repeated puncture and the workload of nurses, which is worthy of recomending in the community health service.
