| Abstract: | To summarize the contents and characteristics of the performance appraisal of the general medicine in the UK, and to compare the current situation of the performance appraisal of the general medicine in Shanghai community to put forward the suggestions in the three aspects of establishing the evaluation index system, building a uniifed evaluation information platform, and adjusting the mode of cashing evaluation results for optimizing the performance appraisal of the community general medicine. |
