| 摘 要： | 回顾了１９７５年６月－１９９５年１２月收治的７２例肾上腺疾患，其中经手术及病理证实的６６例，包括肾上腺皮质腺癌３例，皮质腺瘤２８，嗜铬细胞２１例，其中它疾病２０例。７０年代主要依靠４膜后充气造影进行定位诊断，术前确诊率２８．６％。此外，还就手术方法及嗜铬细胞瘤围手术期的治疗问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | cases of adrenal diseases treated between June.1975 to Dec.1995 were reviewed.Among them 66 patients were confirmed by surgery and pathology,including 3 cases of adenocarcinoma of the adrenal cortex,28 cases of adrenal adenoma,21 cases of pheochromocytoma and the other disorders,20 cases.In 1970s,the retropericoneal pneumography served as the main located diagnostic method.But its accurate rate before surgery was only 28.6%.In 1980s,B-ultrasonography and CT scanning were adopted for locational method and the accurate rate were 77.9% and 96.3% respectively.Therefore,the important value in diagnosis of B-ultrasonography and CT scanning were affirmed.Furthermolre,the operational methods and the treatment issues of pheochromocytoma before,during and after surgery,were also discussed. |
