盘龙七片治疗膝骨关节炎患者的效果

目的:观察盘龙七片治疗膝骨关节炎患者的效果。方法:选取118例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各59例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予盘龙七片治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后Lysholm膝关节功能评分、膝关节活动度、血清炎性因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组Lysholm评分和膝关节活动度均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为93.22%,高于对照组的81.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.47%,与对照组的6.78%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗基础上给予盘龙七片治疗可降低膝骨关节炎患者血清炎性因子水平,提高膝骨关节功能评分、膝关节活动度和治疗总有效率,优于常规西药治疗效果。

Effects of Panlongqi tablets on knee osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe effects of Panlongqi tablets on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:118 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,59 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group was given Panlongqi tablets on the basis of that of the control group.The curative effects,the Lysholm knee joint function score,the knee joint range of motion,the serum inflammatory factor levelstumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the Lysholm knee joint function scores and the knee joint range of motion levels in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.22%,which was higher than 81.36%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group(6.78%)and the observation group(8.47%)(P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,Panlongqi tablets treatment can reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the patients with knee osteoarthritis and improve the knee joint function score,knee joint range of motion and the total effective rate of treatment.Moreover,it is superior to conventional western medicine treatment effect.
