Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of functional rehabilitation guidance for patients with multiple metacarpal fractures of hand.Methods A total of 92 patients with multiple metacarpal fractures of the hand were divided into rehabilitation group(50 cases) and general group(42 cases) according to whether they received early rehabilitation.The general group received conventional treatment,and the rehabilitation group received functional rehabilitation guidance based on the treatment of the general group.The therapeutic effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment 92.0%in the rehabilitation group was higher than 76.2% in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 8.0% of the rehabilitation group was lower than 23.8% of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early postoperative rehabilitation exercise for patients with multiple metacarpal fractures of hand can effectively reduce complications,restore hand function to the maximum extent,improve the quality of life of patients,and promote rehabilitation of patients.It is recommended for clinical application.
