精细化管理在日间手术患者护理中的应用效果

目的探讨精细化管理在日间手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月医院日间手术患者997例为对照组,采用常规管理;选取2019年4月—2020年4月医院日间手术患者1175例为观察组,实施精细化管理。比较两组日间手术患者术前准备完善率、日间手术患者Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、术后并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果观察组患者术前准备完善率及患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SAS评分、术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在日间手术护理管理中采取精细化管理模式,能够提高日间手术患者术前准备完善率和患者满意度,缓解患者焦虑情绪,降低术后并发症发生率,确保护理安全。

Application eff ect of fi ne management in day surgery

Objective To explore the application effect of fine management in day surgery.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,997 patients in hospital day surgery were selected as the control group and given the routine management.From April 2019 to April 2020,1175 patients underwent day surgery in hospital were selected as the observation group and fine management was implemented.The preoperative preparation improvement rate,Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,postoperative complication rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The preoperative preparation improvement rate and patient satisfaction in the observation group were signifi cantly higher than the control group,the dif ference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).SAS score and incidence of postoperative complications were lower than the control group,the dif ferences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The fi ne management in the nursing management of day surgery could improve the preoperative preparation rate and patient’s satisfaction,relieve patients’anxiety,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and ensure the safety of nursing.
