基于电子病历信息的优质护理在晚期乳腺癌患者植入式静脉输液港化疗期间的护理效果

目的探讨基于电子病历信息的优质护理在晚期乳腺癌患者应用植入式静脉输液港化疗期间的应用效果。方法选取医院2018年1月—2019年2月收治的晚期乳腺癌术后应用植入式静脉输液港化疗患者142例,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组与观察组,每组71例。对照组给予常规优质护理,观察组给予基于电子病历信息的优质护理。比较两组护理前、护理干预1个月后的舒适状况量表评分和非计划性拔管率、不良反应发生率、护理不良事件发生率、护理满意度。结果护理前两组舒适状况量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组舒适状况量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预期间观察组非计划性拔管率、不良反应发生率、护理不良事件发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护患沟通、护理服务和护理环境满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),两组护理制度满意度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论晚期乳腺癌患者植入式静脉输液港化疗期间接受基于电子病历信息的优质护理不仅可改善舒适度,还可减少非计划性拔管、不良反应和护理不良事件发生率,提升患者的护理满意度。

Nursing effect of high quality nursing based on electronic medical record information during chemotherapy in advanced breast cancer patients with implantable intravenous infusion port

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing based on electronic medical record information in patients with advanced breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy with implantable intravenous infusion port. Methods Patients with advanced breast cancer treated in the hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected for chemotherapy after implantation of intravenous infusion port 142 patients were treated with intravenous infusion port chemotherapy. They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics matching between groups, with 71 cases in each group. The control group received routine quality care, the observation group received quality care based on electronic medical record information. The two groups were compared before and after nursing included. the comfort scale score and unplanned extubation rate, incidence of adverse reactions, incidence of nursing adverse events, nursing 1 month after intervention satisfaction. Results There was no significant difference in the score of comfort status scale between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05), the score of comfort status scale in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). During the intervention period, the incidence of unplanned extubation, adverse reactions and nursing adverse events in the observation group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant between groups(P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of nurse-patient communication, nursing service and nursing environment in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05), and there was no statistically significant in the satisfaction scores of nursing system between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Advanced breast cancer patients receiving high quality nursing based on electronic medical record information during chemotherapy could not only improve comfort, but also reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation, adverse reactions and nursing adverse events and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
