肠道益生菌联合消旋卡多曲治疗腹泻患儿的效果

摘    要:目的:观察肠道益生菌联合消旋卡多曲治疗腹泻患儿的效果。方法:选取94例腹泻患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各47例。对照组给予消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间、免疫球蛋白[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)]水平、血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-10和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平、肠道菌群(乳杆菌、肠球菌、酵母样真菌)水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.74%,明显高于对照组的78.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组止泻时间、大便次数恢复正常时间、大便性状恢复正常时间、发热消退时间和腹痛消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IgA、IgM、IgG水平均高于治疗前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组乳杆菌、肠...

Abstract:Objective:To observe effects of intestinal probiotics combined with Racecadotril in treatment of children with diarrhea.Methods:94 children with diarrhea were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Racecadotril granules,while the observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium triple viable powder on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the symptom relief time,the immunoglobulin levels[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)],the inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-10,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],the intestinal flora levels(Lactobacillus,Enterococcus,yeast-like fungi)levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.74%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 78.72%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diarrhea stopping time,the time for stool frequency to return to normal,the time for stool characteristics to return to normal,the fever clearance time and the abdominal pain disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the two groups were higher than those before treatment;those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αin both groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of Lactobacillus and Enterococcus in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group;the levels of yeast-like fungi in both groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusions:Intestinal probiotics combined with Racecadotril in the treatment of the children with diarrhea can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the levels of immunoglobulins,shorten the symptom relief time,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and improve the levels of intestinal flora.Moreover,it is superior to single Racecadotril treatment.
