Effects of cluster nursing model on postoperative cancer-related fatigue,self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with cervical cancer

Objective To explore the effects of cluster nursing mode on postoperative cancer fatigue, self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with cervical cancer. Methods A total of 98 patients with cervical cancer from April 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects. According to the principle of basic data matching, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given cluster nursing mode. The changes of cancer-related fatigue, self-efficacy and quality of life in the two groups were observed and compared. Results After cluster nursing intervention, the fatigue scores and the scores of all dimensions in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group. The self-efficacy score of the observation group was higher than the control group. The quality of life score of observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Cluster nursing could effectively relieve the symptoms of cancer-induced fatigue, improve their mental health, enhance rehabilitation self-efficacy and quality of life.
