丹参多酚酸盐对心脑血管疾病合并糖尿病的治疗效果研究

目的 分析探究丹参多酚酸盐对心脑血管疾病合并糖尿病的治疗效果。方法 106例心脑血管疾病合并糖尿病患者,以随机盲选法分为观察组与对照组,各53例。对照组采取常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取丹参多酚酸盐治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗后相关血糖指标水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为92.45%,高于对照组的75.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组空腹血糖为(6.92±0.72)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖为(9.88±0.87)mmol/L；观察组空腹血糖为(6.54±0.24)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖为(8.33±0.53)mmol/L；观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.602、7.906, P<0.05)。结论 心脑血管疾病合并糖尿病患者采取丹参多酚酸盐医治的疗效明显,值得采纳及使用。

Study on therapeutic effect of salvianolate on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases combined with diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of salvianolate on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 106 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases combined with diabetes mellitus were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group received salvianolate treatment.The clinical efficacy and related blood glucose levels after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.45%,which was higher than 75.47% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the control group were(6.92±0.72) and(9.88±0.87) mmol/L,which were(6.54±0.24) and(8.33±0.53) mmol/L of the observation group;the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.602,7.906,P<0.05).Conclusion Salvianolate has obvious efficacy on patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes mellitus,and is worthy of application.
