平片无张力疝修补术与腹腔镜腹膜前间隙疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝患者的效果比较

目的:比较平片无张力疝修补术与腹腔镜腹膜前间隙疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝患者的效果。方法:选取104例腹股沟疝患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各52例。对照组采用平片无张力疝修补术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜腹膜前间隙疝修补术治疗,比较两组手术相关指标(手术时间、术中失血量、术后首次下床时间、胃肠功能恢复时间和住院时间)水平、术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、并发症发生率和治疗满意度。结果:观察组手术时间、术后首次下床时间、胃肠功能恢复时间和住院时间均短于对照组,术中失血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1、3 d,观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.77%,明显低于对照组的21.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗满意度为98.08%,明显高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜腹膜前间隙疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝患者可改善手术相关指标水平,降低VAS评分和并发症发生率,以及提高治疗满意度,效果优于平片无张力疝修补术。

Comparison of effects of plain film tension-free hernia repair and laparoscopic preperitoneal hernia repair on patients with inguinal hernia

Objective:To compare effects of plain film tension-free hernia repair and laparoscopic preperitoneal hernia repair on patients with inguinal hernia.Methods:104 patients with inguinal hernia were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,52 cases in each.The control group was treated with plain film tension-free hernia repair,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic preperitoneal hernia repair.The levels of surgery-related indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative first ambulation time,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time),the postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,the complication rate and the treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,the postoperative first ambulation time,the gastrointestinal function recovery time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 and 3 days after the surgery,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.77%,which was significantly lower than 21.15%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 98.08%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 76.92%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopic preperitoneal hernia repair for the patients with inguinal hernia can improve the levels of surgery-related indicators,reduce the VAS score and the complication rate,and improve the treatment satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to plain film tension-free hernia repair.
