Meek植皮术和微粒皮移植术治疗特大面积深度烧伤患者的效果比较

目的:比较Meek植皮术和微粒皮移植术治疗特大面积深度烧伤患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年6月至2020年6月该院烧伤科收治的100例特大面积深度烧伤患者的临床资料,按手术方法不同分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组采用微粒皮移植术,研究组采用Meek植皮术。比较两组植皮效果、手术相关指标(手术时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间和治疗费用)、患者满意度和并发症发生率。结果:研究组植皮优良率为90.00%(45/50),显著高于对照组的56.00%(28/50),植皮达优率为60.00%(30/50),显著高于对照组的20.00%(10/50),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术时间、住院时间、创面愈合时间均显著短于对照组,治疗费用和并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度为96.00%(48/50),显著高于对照组的76.00%(38/50)。结论:Meek植皮术治疗特大面积深度烧伤患者的效果优于微粒皮移植术,能缩短手术时间、创面愈合时间和住院时间,降低并发症发生率和治疗费用,且患者满意度较好。

Comparison of effects of Meek skin grafting and microskin grafting in treatment of patients with exceptionally large area deep burns

Objective:To compare effects of Meek skin grafting and microskin grafting in treatment of patients with exceptionally large area deep burns.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with exceptionally large area deep burns admitted to the burn department of this hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into control group and study group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with microskin grafting,while the study group was given Meek skin grafting.The skin grafting effects,the surgery-related indicator levels(operation time,wound healing time,hospitalization time and treatment cost),the patient satisfaction and the complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of skin grafting in the study group was 90.00%(45/50),which was significantly higher than 56.00%(28/50)in the control group;the excellent rate of skin grafting was 60.00%(30/50),which was significantly higher thanin the control group 20.00%(10/50);and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,the hospitalization time,and the wound healing time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group;the treatment cost and the complication rate were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of the study group was 96.00%(48/50),significantly higher than that of the control group 76.00%(38/50).Conclusions:Meek skin grafting is more effective than microskin grafting in the treatment of the patients with exceptionally large area deep burns.It can shorten the operation time,the wound healing time and the hospitalization time,reduce the complication rate and the treatment cost,and has better patient satisfaction.
