健脾导滞交通汤联合常规西药治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者的效果

目的:观察健脾导滞交通汤联合常规西药治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫(DGP)患者的效果。方法:选取90例DGP患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组各45例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用健脾导滞交通汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后胃泌素(GAS)和胃动素(MOT)水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的80.00%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组GAS和MOT水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中,两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:健脾导滞交通汤联合常规西药治疗DGP患者可提高治疗总有效率,以及降低GAS和MOT水平,效果优于单纯常规西药治疗。

Effects of Jianpi Daozhi Jiaotong decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of patients with diabetic gastroparesis

Objective:To observe effects of Jianpi Daozhi Jiaotong decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of patients with diabetic gastroparesis(DGP).Methods:90 DGP patients were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Jianpi Daozhi Jiaotong decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MOT)levels before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 80.00%(36/45)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of GAS and MOT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusions:Jianpi Daozhi Jiaotong decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of the DGP patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment,and reduce the levels of GAS and MOT.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional western medicine treatment.
