Value of hemodialysis in the treatment of acute heart failure with chronic kidney disease

Objective To analyze the clinical value of hemodialysis in the treatment of acute heart failure with chronic kidney disease.Methods A total of 94 patients with chronic kidney failure and acute heart failure were taken as the research subjects.According to the statistical grouping method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with hemodialysis.The vascular access circulation rate and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The blood urea nitrogen circulation rate and blood creatinine circulation rate of the experimental group were(8.29±1.77)% and(8.27±2.37)%,which were lower than(11.68±2.03)% and(12.58±2.52)% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 4.26% of the experimental group was lower than 19.15% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of hemodialysis for patients with chronic kidney failure and acute heart failure can greatly improve the symptoms of the patients in a short time,and has a protective effect on the patients’ myocardial function,which contains a wider application value.
