综合康复护理模式在缺血性脑卒中患者护理中的应用

目的 探讨综合康复护理模式对缺血性脑卒中（CAT）患者心理状态、神经功能、肢体功能以及并发症的影响。方法 选取医院2018年12月—2020年12月收治的CAT患者135例为研究对象，按照组间基本特征匹配的原则分为观察组68例和对照组67例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上进行综合康复护理。比较两组患者干预前后的Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）、Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）、神经功能缺损程度（NHISS）、肢体功能（FMA）评分以及并发症发生率。结果 干预前，两组患者的SAS、SDS、NIHSS以及FMA评分的比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后，观察组的SAS、SDS、NHISS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。观察组FMA评分高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 综合康复护理能有效改善CAT患者的心理状态，修复神经功能，提高患者的肢体运动功能，降低并发症的发生率。

Application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing mode in the nursing of patients with ischemic stroke

Objective To explore the ef fect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing mode on the psychological state, neurological function, limb function and the function of patients with cerebral arterial thrombosis(CAT)ef fects of complications. Methods 135 cases of CAT patients admitted in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into an observation group(n=68) and a control group(n=67) according to the principle of basic feature matching between groups. Routine nursing was applied in the control group, and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing was carried out in the observation group on the basis of routine nursing. Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS), Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),NIH Stroke Scale(NHISS), Fugl-Meyer Scale(FMA) score and incidence of complications were compared between two groups before and after intervention. Results Before intervention, there were no statistically signifi cant dif ferences in SAS, SDS, NIHSS and FMA scores between two groups(P>0.05). After intervention,SAS, SDS and NHISS scores of the observation group were lower than the control group, the dif ferences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05). The FMA score of the observation group was higher than the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than the control group, the dif ference were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing could ef fectively improve the mental state of CAT patients,repair the nerve function, improve the limb motor function of patients, reduce the incidence of complications.
