中医特色护理在突发性聋患者中的应用效果

目的:观察中医特色护理在突发性聋患者中的应用效果。方法:选取76例突发性聋患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医特色护理。比较两组护理前后睡眠质量匹兹堡睡眠质量(PSQI)]评分、生命质量世界卫生组织生存质量测定简表(WHO-QOL-BREF)]评分、血液流变学指标(全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度和血浆黏度)水平和护理依从率。结果:护理后,观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,WHO-QOL-BREF评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理依从率为97.37%(37/38),高于对照组的78.95%(30/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度和血浆黏度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用中医特色护理可提高突发性聋患者的生命质量、睡眠质量和护理依从率,改善血液流变学指标水平,效果优于常规护理。

Application effects of characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with sudden deafness

Objective:To observe application effects of characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with sudden deafness.Methods:76 patients with sudden deafness were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing,while the observation group was given the characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of that of the control group.The sleep qualityPittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]score,the quality of lifeworld health organization quality of life questionnaire Brief(WHO-QOL-BREF)]score,hemorheology indicator levels(whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity and plasma viscosity)and the nursing compliance rate were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the WHO-QOL-BREF score was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing compliance rate of the observation group was 97.37%(37/38),which was higher than that of the control group of 78.95%(30/38),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the nursing,the whole blood high-shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the conventional nursing,the characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the quality of life scores and the nursing compliance rates of the patients with sudden deafness,and reduce the levels of sleep quality score and blood rheology indexes.Moreover,it is superior to simple conventional nursing.
