小儿腹痛216人次病因分析

目的　探讨小儿腹痛的常见病因。方法　对 2 16人次腹痛患儿详细询问病史 ,细致体检及必要的实验室检查。结果　以腹痛为主诉就诊的患儿约占同期儿科门诊总人数的 3.94 % (2 16 /5 4 76 ) ,病因复杂多种 ,其中最常见的是急性胃肠炎 37人次 (占 17.13% )、肠道寄生虫病 35人次 (占 16 .2 0 % )、消化性溃疡2 1人次 (占 9.72 % )和过敏性紫癜 19人次 (占 8.79% )等。结论　小儿腹痛病因复杂 ,临床医生必须对获得的各种临床资料 (包括病史、体征及辅助检查结果 )进行认真分析和鉴别诊断 ,对常见的腹痛病因逐一进行排除 ,才能获得正确诊断

The cause analysis of 216 cases with child abdominal pain

Objective To investigate the common causes of child abdominal pain.Methods 216 cases with abdominal pain from Oct.1998 to Oct.1999 were collected and through detailed inspection of disease history,careful physical examination and necessary experimental test,the causes were identified.Results The cases whose chief complaint was abdominal pain amounted to 3.94 %(216/5 476)of the total outpatients in the corresponding period;the causes were complicated,and the most common causes were acute gastroenterisis(37 cases,17.13 %),digestive ulcer(21 cases,9.72 %) and allergic purpura(19 cases,8.79 %).Conclusion With complicated causes of child abdominal pain,in clinic doctors can get right diagnosis only through careful analysis and identification of various clinical data including disease history,signs and results of the affiliated examinations,and depletion of every common cause.
