复心片与复方丹参滴丸治疗稳定型心绞痛的对照研究

摘    要:目的观察复心片与复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效,并对其安全性作出评价。方法采用随机对照,治疗组100例给予复心片(2片/次,3次/日)口服,对照组60例给予复方丹参滴丸(10丸/次,3次/日)口服,8周后进行心绞痛,主要症状总疗效及毒副作用评估。结果治疗组对轻、中、重度心绞痛均有很好疗效,总有效率97%,对照组95%,两组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组心电图总有效率77%,对照组70%(P>0.05)。结论复心片是治疗稳定型心绞痛的有效药物。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the curative effect of Fuxin tablets and compound Danshen Dripping pills(DSP) on stable angina pectoris and to evaluate their security. Methods Of 160 patients with stable angina pectoris,100 were treated by Fuxin tables in the treatment group.,60 were treated by DSP in control group. The changes in the clinical symptoms such as angina pectoris and side effects were evaluated 8 weeks after the treatment. Results There were good curative effects of Fuxin tablets on all the kinds of angina pectoris. The total effective rate was 97% in the treatment group and 96% in the control group. There was insignificant difference in the total effective rate between both the groups(P>0.05). The rate of improved ECG(77% )in the treatment group was insignificantly different from that(70%) in the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Fuxin tablets was one of effective drugs for treating angina pectoris.
