超声引导下粗针穿刺活检在不可触及乳腺病变中的应用

目的 探讨超声引导下粗针穿刺活检在不可触及乳腺病变的诊断价值。方法对197例患者共216个临床触诊阴性而超声显示的乳腺病灶行粗针穿刺活检，其中单发肿块178例，多发肿块19例，手术标本行常规病理切片。结果216个病灶中恶性病变29个，行保乳手术或改良根治术，其余为良性病变。所有患者经随访1年以上，仅1例乳腺癌患者漏诊，经再次穿刺活检确诊。结论超声引导下粗针穿刺活检是诊断不可触及乳腺病变高效、安全的方法。

Ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy in non-palpable breast lesions

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of ultrasound - guided core needle biopsy in diagnosis of non - palpable breast lesions. Methods 216 breast lesions in 197 patients were punctured using core needle biopsy device under ultrasound guidance. 178 with sigle lesion and 19 with more than 2 lesions. Results 29 malignants and 187 benign lesions were found. All patients were followed up for 12 months, only 1 patient with breast carcinoma was misdignosis. Conclusion Ultrasound - guided core needle biopsy is suitable in diagnosis of non- palpable breast lesions, with safe, effective and accurate location.
