六经辨证治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床体会

以6个典型病案为例，介绍通过六经辨证组方用药，并配合针灸、整骨等方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症，有较好的疗效。方证辨证、药证辨证是基本治则，并参以腹诊有助诊疗。

Clinical Experience on Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Treated by Pattern Identification upon Theory of Six Meridians

In introduction of the methods and therapeutic effect of the herbal drugs used upon the theory of six meridians, in combination of acupuncture and bone-setting therapy, in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc, by six typical cases, the author believes that there is a better therapeutic effect in application of herbal drugs based upon the theory of six meridians, in combination of the external therapy, for lumbar intervertebral disc. Pattern identification upon herbal formulas and syndrome and pattern identification upon herbal drugs and syndrome are the basic principle. At the same time, abdominal diagnosis should be carefully used to collect various information of the disease fully.
