护理干预对63例乙肝患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响

目的探讨护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响。方法将126例乙肝患者分为干预组和对照组各63例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予认知、心理、行为和治疗等护理干预,观察2组治疗依从性的改变情况。结果干预组完全依从患者从干预前的9例(14.3%)增加到干预后的46例(73.0%),部分依从率以及不依从率明显下降(P<0.01);完全依从率、部分依从率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对乙肝患者采取针对性的护理干预措施,能有效提高患者治疗依从性,值得临床进一步研究推广。

The effect of nursing intervention on the antiviral treatment compliance for 63 cases of patients with hepatitis B

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the antiviral treatment compliance for patients with CHB. Methods 126 cases of CHB were divided into intervention group and control group with 63 patients respectively, control group was given routine care,and the intervention group was given nursing intervention of cognitive, psychological, behavioral and therapeutic.Then, the compliance changes situation of two groups were observed. Results Fully compliant patients in the intervention group increased from 9 cases （ 14.3% ）before the intervention to 46 cases（73.0%）after the intervention, part of the compliance rate and non-compliance rate decreased significantly（P〈0.01 ）. Compared with control group, the differences of both complete compliance rate and partial compliance rate were statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Targeted nursing interventions for CHB could improve patient compliance, which was worthy of further research and promotion.
