高位结扎精索静脉配合五子衍宗丸治疗男性不育症的研究

目的探讨高位结扎曲张的精索静脉配合术后口服五子衍宗丸在治疗男性不育症中临床应用价值。方法该研究选取入院治疗的58例精索静脉曲张的男性不育症患者为研究对象,入院高位结扎精索静脉后,随机分为两组。两组分别为术后服用五子衍宗丸组,以及术后不服用任何治疗不孕症药物的空白对照组,对治疗结果进行分析比较。结果该研究发现,高位结扎曲张的精索静脉术后,两组患者精子质量和术前相比均显著提高（P〈0.05）,但术后口服五子衍宗丸组要优于空白对照组（P〈0.05）;术后跟踪调查2年配偶怀孕率,口服五子衍宗丸组远高于空白对照组（P〈0.01）。结论高位结扎曲张的精索静脉为治疗男性不育症的有效方法,配合口服五子衍宗丸能起到更好的疗效,显著提高患者配偶怀孕率。

The Research of High Ligation of the Spermatic Vein with Wu Zi Yan Zong Wan in the Treatment of Male Infertility

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the application for high ligation of the spermatic vein with Wu Zi Yan Zong Wan in the treatment of male infertility. Methods 58 cases of male infertility patients hospitalized in the period from June 2008 to June 2010 were chosen as the research object. They were with high ligation of the spermatic vein, and they were randomly divided into two groups. They were administered for postoperative Yanzong pill group, and postoperative not taking any treatment of infertility drugs blank control group, the treatment results were analyzed and compared. Results This study showed that high ligation of the spermatic vein after surgery, compared to the two groups of patients with sperm quality and preoperative were significantly increased（P〈0.05）, but Wu Zi Yan Zong Wan group was superior to the blank control group（P〈0.05）; 2-year follow-up survey after pregnancy rates for spouses, Wu Zi Yan Zong Wan group was far higher than that of the control group（P0.01）. Conclusion The high ligation of the spermatic vein is the effective method for the treatment of male infertility, with Wu Zi Yan Zong Wan can play a better efficacy significantly in improving patients’ spouse pregnancy rates.
