肝肾重复良性肿瘤1例报告及文献复习

目的探讨肝肾重复肿瘤的发病率及影像学表现，以提高对肝肾重复肿瘤的认识和诊断正确率。方法回顾性分析我院经病理确诊的1例肝肾重复良性肿瘤的影像及病理表现，结合文献报道的7例肝肾重复肿瘤病例进行分析。结果同时性肝肾重复肿瘤罕见，近年国内外文献有7例报道，其中有6例为同时性肝肾重复癌，1例为肝脏恶性肿瘤合并双’肾良性肿瘤，本文1例为肝脏FNH合并肾脏AML。同时性肝肾重复肿瘤的误诊原因，常为受其中一个病灶恶性肿瘤诊断的影响，误诊另一个病灶为转移瘤。当肝脏、肾脏同时发现病灶时，应考虑到其两源性肿瘤可能，提高早期诊断的正确率。结论提高对肝肾重复肿瘤的认识，提高其早期诊断的正确率，具有重要的临床意义。

A Case of Hepatic and Renal Multiple Benign Tumors and Review of the Literature

Objective To explore the incidence and imaging manifestations of hepatic and renal multiple tumors, and to deepen the understanding about this disease and improve the diagnosis level ol this disease.Methods 1 case with hepatic and renal multiple benign tumors which was pathologically diagnosed was retrospectively analyzed. 7 cases with hepatic and renal multiple tumors which reported before were analyzedtogether. Results Synchronous hepatic and renal multiple tumors were rare. There were 7 cases reported before in China and abroad. 6 cases of them were about synchronous hepatic and renal multiple carcinoma,and 1 case was hepatic malignant tumor and renal benign tumors. The case reported here were hepatic FNH and renal AML. The causes of misdiagnosis were affected by the diagnosis of one focus, and misdiagnosedother focuses as metastatic tumor. When synchronous hepatic and renal tumors were found, the possibility of tumors from two sources should be considered, and improve the diagnostic accuracy in early stage.Conclusion It has important clinical significance to deepen the understanding about hepatic and renal multiple tumors and improve the diagnostic accuracy of it.
