摘    要:目的评价硬皮病(SSc)患者血清血小板反应蛋白-1(TSP-1)的水平与临床的关系,为疾病的诊断及病情评估提供依据。方法 SSc组31例,健康对照组32例,取血清10μl,应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测SSc及健康对照者血清中TSP-1水平,应用独立资料的t检验分析和Pearson相关性分析对资料进行分析。结果 SSc患者血清TSP-1的水平明显高于健康对照者(307.1±113.05)ng/ml vs(204.12±82.67)ng/ml,P<0.01]。SSc患者血清TSP-1与类风湿因子呈正相关(r=0.473,P<0.05)。结论 TSP-1水平是SSc疾病活动的血清标记物,对病情评估具有一定意义。

Abstract:Objective To detect level of serum thrombospondin-1 ( TSP-1 ) in Systemic Sclerosis (SSc) pa- tients and evaluate the clinical importance of thrombospondin-1 in Systemic Sclerosis. Methods Samples of peripher- al blood were collected from 31 SSc patients and 32 healthy people. Serum TSP-1 levels were assessed by enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Difference of TSP-1 levels between SSc patients and controls was indicated by independent sample t test. Correlation analysis was done to evaluate the relationship between TSP-1 and ESR, CRP and Rheumatoid Factor, respectively. Results TSP-1 level in SSc patients was significantly higher than that in healthy controls( P 〈0.01 ). Further analysis demonstrated that the level of TSP-1 was in correlation with level of RF ( r = 0. 473, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion TSP-1 may play a role in the development of SSc and their determination may benefit the evaluation of disease severity.
