中老年男性下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴激素水平改变与生活质量关系的研究

目的探讨中老年男性下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴激素水平改变对生活质量的影响。方法收集45～90岁中老年男性150例,分为45～59岁中年组(50例),60～79岁老年组(50例),80～90岁高龄老年组(50例)。各组分别测定血清促肾上腺激素皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇、脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)水平,同时使用健康状况问卷(SF-36)对各组进行生活质量评估。结果年龄与血清DHEA水平呈负相关(r=-0.505,P<0.05),与血清ACTH、皮质醇水平呈正相关(r=0.248,r=0.327,均P<0.05)。血清DHEA水平与SF-36健康量表各纬度评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论随着年龄的增长下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴激素水平发生改变,DHEA水平降低影响中老年男性的健康状态。

The relationship between the activity of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and the quality of life in the mid-die-aged and elderly males

Objective To investigate change in the activity of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis in fluence the quality of life in the middle-aged and the elder males. Methods 150 middle-aged and elder men from 45 to 95 years old were divided into three groups according to their age. The levels of serum, adrenocorticotropic hormone corti- cal hormone（ ACTH）, cortisol, dehydroepia-ndrosterone （DI4EA）were measured, at the same time using the Health Status Questionnaire（SF-36）the quality of life of each group was assessed. Results DHEA levels were negatively correlated （r = -0.505, P 〈 0.05 ）, to age and the serum of ACTH, cortisol levels are positively correlated to age （r = 0.248, r = 0.327, P 〈 0.05 ）. The SF-36 Health Questionnaire latitude score axe positively correlated （ P 〈 0.05 ） to se- rum DHEA. Conclusion The activity of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis changes with age. This change affects the health status of the middle-aged and elderly men.
