| 摘 要： | 目的探讨分析腹腔镜肾癌根治术的护理方法,总结临床护理经验。方法回顾性分析我院2006年5月-2012年12月收治的62例腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者的临床资料。结果通过对行腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者围术期采取全面的护理措施,62例肾癌患者手术均获成功,无手术并发症发生。结论对腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者采取积极有效的围术期护理措施,可以有效降低并发症的发生率,缩短住院时间,减轻患者痛苦,提高肾癌患者的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective Nursing methods of analysis of laparoscopic radical nephrectomy,to summarize clinical care experience. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from May 2006 to December 2012,a total of 62 cases were treated laparoscopic radical nephrectomy in patients with clinical data. Results Through the laparoscopic radical nephrectomy in patients with perioperative comprehensive nursing measures,62 cases of renal carcinoma operation treatment success. Conclusions Laparoscopic radical nephrectomy in patients with positive and effective care measures, can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications in patients with, can shorten the duration of hospitalization, relieve the pain of patients, improve the quality of life of patients with renal cell carcinoma. |
