| Abstract: | For strengthening the management of the nursing work in the hospital, it is expounded in this article that in the practical management work, the head nurse should grasped some basic principles, namely: respecting the principle, concerning about the principle, encouraging the principle, honest and trusting the principle, and example's principle. The reference was provided for strengthening management of the nursing work. |
