摘    要:目的建立测定工作场所空气中硫酰氟的直接进样气相色谱法。方法工作场所空气中的硫酰氟用注射器采集,直接进样,经HP-PLOT/Q色谱柱分离,氢火焰光度检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。方法研究按照《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分:工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求进行实验室实验及现场实验。结果该方法在4.17~83.40mg/m3范围内呈线性关系,回归方程式Y=227.4X+119.6,相关系数r=0.9997;方法的重现性好,方法的相对标准偏差为1.7%~4.9%;检出限为0.46ng(进样0.5ml),最低检出浓度为0.92mg/m3。结论该方法快速、灵敏和准确,各项指标均达到测定方法的要求,适用于日常工作场所空气中的硫酰氟的检测。

Abstract:Objective]To establish the determination method of sulfuryl fluoride in workplace air by direct injection gas chromatography.Methods]The samples were collected with glass injectors,separated by HP-PLOT/Q column,and determined with hydrogen flame ion detector in order to retain the qualitative time and the quantitative peak area.Laboratory and field experiments were in accordance with " Guide to Occupational Health Standards Part 4:Determination of Chemical Substances in Workplace Air".Results]:A linear relationship held between the range of 4.17 ~ 83.40 mg/m3,regression equation Y = 227.4 X + 119.6,correlation coefficient r = 0.9997;the reproducibility was good,and the relative standard deviation was 1.7% ~ 4.9% ;detection limit was 0.46 ng(sample 0.5 ml),minimum detectable concentration was 0.92 mg/m3.Conclusion]This method is rapid,sensitive and accurate,with all indictors fulfilling the determination requirement,suitable for the sulfuryl fluoride determination in workplace air.
