| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将182例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分成2组，静脉给药抗炎1周后，治疗组91例加用中药保留灌肠治疗；对照组91例改用口服抗生素治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为79．12％，对照组总有效率为26．37％，2组比较有非常显著的差异（P〈O．01）。结论中药保留灌肠辅助治疗对治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of the retention enema therapy of Chinese herbal drugs on chronic pelvic inflammation. Method The patients with chronic pelvic inflammation （n=182） were randomly divided into two groups. After anti- inflammation treatment intravenously for one week the treatment group （n=91） was treated with the retention enema therapy of Chinese herbal drugs and the control group （n=91） were treated with oral antibiotics. Result The total effective rate was 79.12 % in the treatment group and 26.37 % in the control group. There was a great significant difference in the comparison between two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The retention enema therapy of Chinese herbal drugs has a reliable effect on chronic pelvic inflammation. |
