| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影（MSCTA）技术在假性动脉瘤的临床诊断价值。方法：对14例假性动脉瘤患者进行MSCTA检查,将图像传至工作站进行后处理,运用不同的重建方法对血管进行显示,包括多平面重建（MPR）、曲面重建（CPR）、最大密度投影（MIP）和容积显示（VR）技术。结果：14例假性动脉瘤MSCTA诊断均被手术或血管介入治疗证实。轴位图像与多种重建图像相结合能清晰地显示假性动脉瘤的解剖细节及其与周围器官的空间解剖关系。结论：多层螺旋CT血管造影可显示假性动脉瘤的特征性征象,可作为假性动脉瘤的首选诊断方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) in pseudoaneurysm. Methods: MSCTA were performed in 14 patients with pseudoaneurysm. The volume data of all patients were reconstructed with the 3D techniques including multiple planar reformation (MPR), curved planar reformation (CPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP) and volume rendering (VR). Results: In terms of detection, the diagnostic accuracy of MSCTA was 100%. The anatomical characters and the relationship between pseudoaneurysm and neighboring organs could be visualized clearly and directly by the reconstructed images combined with the original images. Conclusion:MSCTA can depict the specific signs of pseudoaneurysm and can be used as the first means in the diagnosis of pseudoaneurysm. |
