| 摘 要： | 近年来的研究结果表明,端粒酶的激活和端粒长度的稳定为肿瘤细胞永生化所必需有约90%的恶性肿瘤及永生化细胞中可检测到端粒酶活性,端粒酶活性表达的多少可以做为恶性肿瘤发展程度的衡量指标,对于恶生肿瘤的早期诊断具有十分重要的意义,正因为如此,端粒酶活性检测就显得尤为重要了。

| Abstract: | At present,telomerase activity and stabilization of telomere length is necessary for tumor cells immortalization.Telomerase activity may be an important marker of tumor malignancy and be detected in over 90% tumor cells.Telomerase activity correlates with the degree of fumor difference,and it is useful for eady diagnosis of tumor. |
