硫酸镁小剂量肝素治疗肺心病伴难治性心力衰竭的体会

目的 评价硫酸镁，小剂量肝素对肺心病伴难治性心力衰竭的疗效。方法 将96例分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组在综合治疗的基础上加用硫酸镁及小剂量，与传统疗法作对照。结果 治疗组总有效率94．1％，对照组总有效率68．9％，两组相比有明显差异，（P＜0．01）。结论 肺心病伴难治性心力衰竭在综合治疗基础上加用硫酸镁与小剂量肝素，可提高治愈率，缩短病程。

Pulmonary Cardiopathia and Heart Failure Treated with Magninesium Sulphuricum and a Small Dosage of Heparin

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of a small dosage of Magninesium Sulphuricum and heparin treating pulmonary cardiopathia and heart failure. Methods 96 cases have been divided into two groups: the therapeutic group and the control group.The patients in the therapeutic group have taken a small dosage of Magninesium Sulphuricum and heparin for 7 days on the basis of comprehensive treatment and compared with traditional therapeutic method. Results The total effective rate in the therapeutic group was 94.1%, and the total effective rate in the control group was 68%, there was obvious difference between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion A small dosage of Magninesium Sulphuricum and heparin on the basis of comprehensive treatment to treat pulmonary cardiopathia and heart failure can increase the curative rate and shorten the treatment course.
