| 摘 要： | 肿瘤标志物是癌细胞生长过程中产生的一种或几种正常情况下没有的或含量很低的特异性物质,或是宿主细胞因癌细胞入侵而过量产生的正常细胞组分。近年来,肿瘤标志物已广泛应用于临床。肿瘤标志物的联合检测,在肿瘤的诊断、预后及疗效判断等方面发挥重要作用。本文就常用肿瘤标志物、新的肿瘤标志物及其联合检测在肺癌中的应用予以综述。

| Abstract: | Tumor markers are one or several specific substances generated in the process of cancer cell growth, which there is no or very. low content under normul circumstances. Another tumor markers are excessive normal cell components resulting from host ceils invaded by cancer cells. In recent years,tumor markers have been widely used in clinical experiences, which play an important role in clinical diagnosis, therapeutic efficacy evaluation and prognosis judgement. This article reviewed routine and new tumor markers and their combined application. |
