口腔粘膜鳞癌周围组织的病变观察

18例口腔粘膜鳞癌的临床及组织学观察,发现白斑样、红斑样、红白斑混合样损害不是孤立单独存在,白斑样损害易引起人们注意,红斑样损害则易被认为是粘膜充血、水肿、炎症反应、外伤刺激而忽略。12例手术病人共34处病变的组织学观察到上皮异常和不典型增生,并有可能发展成多灶性上皮增生而导致癌变,故手术时应将原发灶周围的病变组织全部切除。

A Clinical and Histologic Study of 18 Oral Mucosal Square Epithelial Cancer

An observation was made of the 18 cases of oral mucosal square epithelial cancer for their clinic and histologic characters. It was found that leukoplakoid, erythemoid and erythemo-leukoplakoid lesions do not exist alone. Doctors are often sensitive to leukoplakoid lesions, but they are always ignorant of erythemoid lesions because of their considering them as edema, hyperaemia, inflammatory reaction and trauma. 34 sections from 12 operated patients with leukoplakia or erythema were under microscope, and there were epithelial dysplasia, erosion, and extension in surrounding normal tissues in all of them. So it can be reasoned that these lesions may develop into the multifocal epithelial proliferation or even square cancer. Therefore, leukoplakoid, erythemoid and lesions should be taken a careful notice of during at operation, and also the original lesions with surrounding tissues must be removed.
