| 摘 要： | 根据国家五部委下发的《我国农村实现“2000年人人享有卫生保健”的规划目标》,对规划中所涉及到的妇幼保健指标及达标要求进行了剖析,分析了目前国内妇幼保健现状,从局部地区情况出发,提出了达标差距及达标措施,并论述了评价方法。

| Abstract: | The PHC indexes and the requirements of achieving goal are analyzed in this paper according to "The plan goal that each one will enjoy health care in chinese countryside by 2000". The authors analyze also in the paper the present situation of PPIC in China and point out the disparity to PHC index and the measures for achieving this goal. |
