| 摘 要： | 对湖南某农村母乳喂养现状及产妇缺乳的危险因素进行调查研究。结果表明,该农村纯母乳喂养率为74.2％,优势母乳喂养率为9.3％,及时添加辅食率为68.5％,1岁继续母乳喂养率为57.9％,2岁继续母乳喂养率为24.2％,奶瓶喂养率为41.3％。缺乳的危险因素主要是产妇的营养状况、精神因素、哺乳习惯、开奶时间,同时还发现缺乳者有家族史。

| Abstract: | We studied the breast - feeding prevalence and the risk factors of lying -in women breast milk deficiency. The result showed;The pure breast-feeding rate was 74. 20%,superior breast
-feeding rate was 9. 3% ,thd rate of adding auxiliary foods in time was 68. 5% .persistent bresat
-feeding rated year) was 57. 9%,persistent breast -feeding rate(2 years) was 24. 2%,breast
-feeding with bottle rate was 41. 3%. The important risk factors of breast milk deficiency were the nutritive condition,psychological factor,breast -feeding habit,the time of first beast -feeding. The finding also indicated there was probally the family history of breast milk deficiency in the breast milk deficiency women. |
