| 摘 要： | 要实现4个月纯母乳喂养的目标,必须转变观念,增强健康教育的力度,采取多种形式开展母乳喂养宣传。不仅要创建爱婴医院,而且还要创建爱婴县(市),把提高4个月纯母乳喂养率纳入各级政府、卫生行政部门和医疗保健单位的年度目标考核之中。本文对上述干预措施进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In order to reach the goal of the first 4 month breast feeding,the propagation of breast feeding must be carried out in various ways, such as to establish the baby friendly hospitals as well as the baby friendly cities,countries. The first 4 month breast feeding rate should be monitored annualy in the administration of goverments and hospitals. |
