湖北省971例产妇孕期保健与生育观分析

1992年12月1日～1993年1月30日作者对在湖北省8个县(县级市)医院或妇幼保健院分娩的971例产妇进行调查。调查方法采取问卷式,并对在院分娩的产妇逐一询问访视,调查时无拒绝合作的情况。结果分析表明,孕妇及其配偶的文化程度、职业及孕妇的生育年龄对孕妇的早产、产前检查次数、怀孕后首次接受孕检时间等均有很大影响,而且社会文化因素对农村计划生育工作的落实具有重要的现实意义。

The analysis of the survey on the health-care in pregnancy and concept of giving birth in 971 cases Hubei Province

This acticle made a survey from Dec. 1,1992 to Jan . 30,1993 on 971 postpartum women in 8 country haspitals or health stations in Hubei with the technique of questionaire and interview. The women were fully cooperative. The result of analysis demonstrates pregnant women and their spouse's education and occupation and women's age have a remark able influence on the women's premature delivery, the times of examination before delivery and the time of first examination after pregnancy. The element of social culture is very important to implement family planning policy in rural areas.
