前置胎盘合并胎盘植入18例临床分析

目的:探讨前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的病因、临床表现、诊断及处理。方法:对我院5年间分娩的35920例产妇中18例前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的病人的年龄、孕周、孕次、产后出血量及新生儿情况进行分析。结果:在35920例产妇中前置胎盘发生率为0.98%,胎盘植入的发生率为0.089%,前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的发生率为0.05%。结论:随着前置胎盘并胎盘植入发生率的升高,要重视早期诊断和合理处理,改善妊娠结局。

Clinical analysis of 18 cases of placenta previa complicated with placenta accreta

Objective:To investigate the cuase,clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of placenta previa complicated with placenta accreta.Methods:18 cases of placenta previa complicated with placenta accreta for recent 5 years in this hospital were analyzed about their age,gestational weeks,postpartum hemorrhage capacity.Results:Among 35 920 deliveries,incidence of placenta previa was 0.98%,that of placenta accreta was 0.089%,that of placenta previa complicated with placenta accreta was 0.05%.Conclusion:With the increase of placenta previa-accreta,diagnosis and treatment as early as is essential.
