针刺配合艾叶熏洗治疗外阴瘙痒28例临床观察

目的:观察针刺配合艾叶熏洗治疗外阴瘙痒的疗效。方法:28例外阴瘙痒病人采用针刺曲池、血海、曲骨、三阴交、蠡沟、太冲、少府,配合用艾叶煎汤熏洗外阴。结果:3个疗程后,治愈18例,占64.2%;显效5例,占17.8%;有效3例,占11%;无效2例,占7%,总有效率93%。结论:本方法治疗外阴瘙痒具有清热利湿,调理肾肝脾,杀虫止痒的作用。

Clinical Observation on 28 Cases of Pruritus Vulvae Treated with Acupuncture Combined with Fumigation and Washing with Chinese Mugwort Leaf

Purpose To observe therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with fumigation and washing with(Chinese) mugwort leaf on pruritus vulvae.Methods Twenty-eight cases of pruritus vulvae were treated with(acupuncture) of Quchi(LI11),Xuehai(SP10),Qugu(RN2),Sanyinjiao(SP6),ligou(LR5),Taichong(LR3),Shaofu(HT8) combined with(fumigation) and washing with Chinese mugwort leaf. Results After 3 therapeutic(courses,) 18 cases were cured,accounting for 64.2%,5 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 17.8%,3 cases effective,accounting for 11% and 2 cases ineffective,accounting for 7%;The total effective rate was 93%.Conclusion The method has the following effects: clearing away heat and draining dampness,regulating the kidney,liver,spleen,killing parasites and relieving.
