慢性乙型肝炎患者不同病毒载量与乙肝三系统及前S_1抗原相关性研究

目的研究慢性乙型肝炎患者不同病毒载量与乙肝三系统及前S_1抗原(Pre-S_1Ag)之间的相关性分析。方法血清HBV DNA检测采用荧光定量PCR法(FQ-PCR),乙肝三系统及前S_1抗原(Pre-S_1Ag)检测采用ELISA法;对87例慢性乙型肝炎患者血清进行乙型肝炎病毒载量检测,以乙型肝炎病毒载量为标准,分为A组:(10~3～10~4)拷贝/mL,B组:(10~5～10~6)拷贝/mL,C组:10~7拷贝/mL,检测乙肝三系统及Pre-S_1Ag。结果 A组:(10~3～10~4)拷贝/mL,检出率最高的模式为小三阳、Pre-S_1Ag(一);B组:(10~5～10~6)拷贝/mL,检出率最高的模式为小三阳、PreS_1Ag(+);C组:10~7拷贝/mL,检出率最高的模式为大三阳、Pre-S_1Ag(+)。结论乙肝三系统、前S_1抗原与HBV DNA定量水平之间具有良好的相关性,能敏感地反映乙型肝炎病毒复制情况。

Study on the correlation of virus load with Three system of Hepatitis B and Pre-S_1 antigen in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To study the correlation of virus load with Three system of Hepatitis B and Pre-S1 antigen in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods The virus load of serum were detected by using FQ-PCR in 87 patients with chronic hepatitis B, while Three system of hepatitis B and Pre-S1 antigen were detected with ELISA. These results were analysed in four groups accod-ing to virus load. Results A group with 103～104 copies/mL,the common model is HBsAg( + ) , HBeAb( + ) ,HBcAb( + ) andPreSK-);B group with 105～106 copies/mL, the common model is HBsAg( + ) , HBeAb(+ ) , HBcAb( +), and PreSl( + );Cgroup with more than 107 copies/ml, the common model is HBsAg( + ),HBeAg( + ) ,HBcAb( + ), and PreSl( + ). Conclusion There are very good correlation among three system of hepatitis B,Pre-S1 antigen and HBV-DNA level, they may reflect the replication of hepatitis B virus sensitively.
