| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨并观察中药熏洗配合中医护理治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:对80例膝骨性关节炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组予美洛昔康口服和常规护理,治疗组在对照组基础上加予中药熏洗和配合中医护理。结果:治疗2个疗程后,治疗组的总有效率92.86%,对照组的总有效率为71.05%,两组比较P0.05,治疗组的总有效率优于对照组。结论:中药熏洗配合中医护理治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效满意。

Clinical research on treating KOA in TCM fumigation and nursing |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating knee osteoarthritis （KOA） in TCM fumigation and nursing. Methods： 80 patients with KOA were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was attended with meloxicam and routine nursing, while the treatment group, based on the treatment of the control group, was added with the Chinese herbal fumigation and TCM nursing. Results： After two courses of treatment, the overall effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86% whereas that of the control group was 71.05%. The effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group. Conclusions： The curative effect of the TCM fumigation and TCM nursing on KOA is satisfactory. |
